Clear Completed Tasks

Is there a way to complete a users completed tasks that I am missing?  We have users ready to go live on a process and wish to get rid of the tasks they did in testing.  I can't quite seem to find where that info is.

Hi Chris,

When you delete instances on the Monitor tab, it should also clear the Completed Tasks associated with them. So if you deleted all instances of the process(es) you used for testing, they should disappear.

Huh, maybe I will check again.  I had cleared everything I could think of and the user said it was still there.

Hey Chris,

Sometimes if a form has not completed its process (which happens during testing) you may have to also "stop" the process before you can delete the instance of the Form.  Screenshot below shows deleting a Form instance from the Monitor tab in Forms.  Select the Form instance you wish to delete, the Trash Can icon on the right will allow you to delete it.
