Ah, but one thing to note. The post above is discussing "legacy Forms" in the cloud based on our Forms 10.2.1 software. Over the last year, the separate cloud Forms application has been slowly phased out, and is being replaced by adding all the same functionality to the process automation offering. Organizations using legacy Forms in the cloud will need to migrate their processes and teams over to process automation to take advantage of all the great new features.
