Question

Field rule to display a form page

asked on May 21, 2020

Good morning,

I have a series of interconnected forms that based on rules I'd like to have in a single form that contains all of the questions for each form.

My customer would like an on-line form to apply for a Inn Keepers license.  But applying for an Inn Keeper license also requires I complete an application for a Liquor License and a License to serve food.  But if I apply for a different type of license I'm required to fill out a different series of forms.

What I was hoping to do was to create a page for each of the licenses and use rules to display the pages.  I would have a checkbox field with the list of license options and a look-up rule that would automatically check all of the associated licenses and a field rule that would display the appropriate pages.  But it doesn't appear that field rules work for displaying or not a page.   Is this possible?

Yes, you should see the page name in the list after the Show/Hide dropdown in the field rules page. Simply set the field rule up to Show Page 1 when something is true.

Thanks Jared - that works for the first page.

Here is my rule - I tried it with When All and When Any - same result the first page displays but not the second.

Thanks,
Sandy
