Note the event types in this screenshot. The first is a delete page, the second is a delete document. Audit Trail should not conflate these distinct event types.

Answer
Can you confirm that your filters are set to include page events? I can't tell from your screenshots if that's the case. And I assume that the page event type class being audited for the account in question? Also, are you saying that the document was not deleted? If this was a 1-page document, it's possible (depending on settings) that it was deleted when the last page was removed even if the user action was to delete one page.
If you can't get to the bottom of it, I'd suggest contacting your Solution Provider.

What version of Audit Trail are you using? I just tried this and got a "Delete Pages" event when I deleted pages.
10.4.0.97
Glad to hear it's not an issue in other versions.

My only filter was Entry ID is equal to 22284390. And my only Event Type selected was Entry.
In this screenshot I show the whole search. the only difference is I added Page Event Types. You see how confusing it is that Delete Entry is shown prior to the recycle entry and recycle page events.
At least now I know to include pages in future queries of this nature.
