lfe shortcut opens shows no pages when opened in web access

Links in Web Access do not show pages when opened in Web Access but shows pages when opened in desktop client. Any help please?

What kind of documents are these? What is the web client showing you instead of pages?

When the laserfiche web client submits a document, you can only use the client laserfiche to open when a user saves the submitted link document as another document.
