Importing Files using Laserfiche Connector with Cloud Application

Is it possible to use Laserfiche Connector to import files form a cloud-hosted 3rd party application to an on prem Laserfiche server?

Hi Jen,

 

Which kinds of cloud-hosted 3rd party applications you want to use?

If the cloud-hosted 3rd party application can sync files to the local machine, like Microsoft OneDrive, then you can sync files to local first and use Connector to import files by accessing files from the local machine.

If not, Connect does not support it yet.

This is for a cloud hosted Salesforce system.  Can Import Agent import files from Cloud applications?

Similar to Connector, Import Agent cannot import files from Cloud applications if they cannot sync files to the local machine.

We recorded it as a feature request and will investigate this kind of use case. Thanks for your reporting!
