Is there a location I can check somewhere for the email someone sent back for a Direct Approval? We have a user claiming they provided comments in the approval email but workflow or forms has no record of it.
I have asked them to send me the email from their Sent Items but looking for maybe something Laserfiche side.
Also, I know line 1 is the approval, line 2 is the comments. If they put something on line 3 or below does it mess anything up?
