Due to some of the on-going social distancing, our passport offices are looking to create a form that allows users to select the time they will show up for their passport related questions.  To that end, I am trying to come up with a way that would use Laserfiche Forms to gather appointment details and the time slot.  The time slots are static, I just can't have someone reserve a slot that was already reserved.  I know I will have to have some kind of data validation against a table that tracks submitted reservation.

Does anyone have a setup like this?  Examples would be great, and best practices, of course, would be really helpful if those are available.  I have read that some folks looked at iframing an outlook calendar.  That isn't an option for us, unfortunately, but, either way, I haven't seen an example of this.  Thanks in advance!
