comments in forms workflow

I have a form that submits to our deputy clerk for review. There is a place for her to make comments, and submit the form as reviewed. It then goes to two other people for approval. The comments the deputy clerk made are not coming through to the other two people, so they are unable to read what her comments are. I am not sure why they cannot see her comments. Their forms are created from copies of her form in the workflow.

I think you're talking about the built-in Comments box for review tasks, which unfortunately doesn't show up on the form itself. You can see it on the Details pain to the right after you open the next user task (or from the Inbox). Click on Action History to see previous review steps and comments. I believe this display will remain selected the next time you open a task.

Alternatively, you can add your own text box to the forms and use that for comments.
