Is it possible to save multiple forms from one master form?

I'm looking to build a form for our insurance options that contains multiple pages (one for medical, one for dental/vision, one for HSA, etc.) that can be saved as multiple forms (one form per page, in this case). Is this possible? And if so, how?

What you can do is build one large paginated form that the user will fill out. Then build each subsequent smaller form using the variables collected in the master form. When saving to the repository, save the smaller forms made up from the data collected in the master form.

Why didn't I think of that...lol. Thanks so much! That's far simpler than I was anticipating and was thinking it would require some fancy workflow magic. This should work perfectly!
