We have a user who uses the Web Client.

When they go to scan images scanning works fine. At times, they wish to delete a single page from a set of scanned images. When they click on the scanned image and right-click to select Delete, and are prompted to select Yes or No, no matter the option chosen, the LF Scanning module freezes and they have to end the LFTwain and Scanning operations via Task Manager.    

This happens infrequently and with single page deletions only.

If the user goes the route of selecting the image and clicking on the delete key, the images is deleted without issue.

A Repair of the LF Client (Scanning Module) has been run.

LF Web Client Version is 10.4.2.214

LF Scanning Module is 10.4.2.422

They have noted that this does happen as well, if they use the LF Windows Client, which I believe it would as both Clients use the same Scanning Module.

Not sure of what else to check for this.
