I have a Transit Agency looking for use cases of how Safety management is being addressed using Laserfiche. Specific to managing risks and hazards with reporting on them. Ideally they would like to see Transit agency use cases, however being able to see how Safety issues are managed using Laserfiche will be helpful. Thanks for your help, the sooner the better as they are in a decision making stage between us and another software!

Hi Debbi, our ORG, a rural municipality (County, in AB Canada) has a new Health & Safety officer who has been creating lots of his forms using Laserfiche Forms, including incident reporting, hazard assessments, toolbox meeting records, contractor safety agreements, Equipment Operator Competency Evaluations, etc. I also have a workflow for him that that watches all his training certificates for expiry dates and sends him regular reports on what certificates are going to need to be renewed soon.

Have you taken a look at what's available in the business process library? I can see there is a ' Safety Incident Report' form which they can deploy straight out of the box.
