Good Day,

About a week ago I experienced a problem whereby in forms it suspends the process when saving to repository in any fill format and even with a attached PDF in the process workflow, it just suspends all. 

The event viewer shows "The PDF generator was unable to contact the Laserfiche Forms server. Please ensure your SSL settings are correct. [LFF4112-PdfNetworkError]"

It gives this issue with all forms. I have checked previous questions and answers but did not help.

It was discovered that the service DYNDNS that we use for remote connect for web repository and the forms causing this problem. I change the config of the forms server to use the local IP and everything works.

Do you know what else one can look at perhaps?
