Unable to get activation keys from support site

As soon as the https://support.laserfiche.com/activationkeys/ page loads, a red banner appears at the top that says "The requested company was not found." Then picking a company from the dropdown and clicking "Find" does nothing.

I hope this is fixed ASAP because we have multiple deployments this weekend.

We are also unable to activate/deactive, or renew systems.

Can someone from LF please respond? I hope the infrastructure team has people on call over weekends because we cannot afford this type of downtime.

Company license and customer licenses not available.

Not sure if we will get a response on July 4th!
