instalación de Laserfiche Rio 10

Al intentar instalar la Suite LaserFiche Rio 10 con la clave de activación adquirida en 2016, me envía el mensaje que dice "La clave de activación especificada no es válida para este producto"; alguien sabe si se debe proporcionar algo más para evitar que este mensaje aparezca y permita la correcta instalación?

Your support plan expired in 2017, so that means you can't install products released after that date. If you are getting that error trying to install Laserfiche 10.3 or 10.4, that is expected. The last version you can use is 10.2.

Your reseller can help you renew your support plan to get access to newer software versions.
