rerun terminated workflow

Hello,

I have a workflow that is started by a forms process. The workflow was terminated. How can I rerun the workflow based on the data submitted in the form?

What version of Forms are you running? If the workflow terminated and that message made it back to Forms, the workflow service task in Forms should be marked as suspended and can be retried. If the workflow service task still shows as in-progress...

  • As of Forms 10.4.2 you can retry any Workflow service task whether it's suspended or in-progress. Simply retry the in-progress workflow task to re-trigger it
  • If you are on an earlier version of Forms and cannot upgrade, you can open a support case where we can help you get the workflow service task from in-progress to suspended. Once it's suspended, you will be able to retry it and have it rerun.
