We receive the following error message when attempting to generate text through OCR in Laserfiche Web Access only.
"The documents could not be sent to the OCR queue. Please contact your administrator."
Troubleshooting Items (Failed = Error Message)
- Another user attempted to generate text: failed
- Attempted to generate text on a different file: failed
- The OCR feature right was granted to the repository group: failed
- Generated text in Laserfiche Windows Client: passed
- Generated text on electronic file: passed
- Document settings for OCR were on images: failed
- Import Agent Services was still running
- Generated text using Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer: failed
