Error Message - OCR Queue

We receive the following error message when attempting to generate text through OCR in Laserfiche Web Access only.

"The documents could not be sent to the OCR queue.  Please contact your administrator."

Troubleshooting Items (Failed = Error Message)

  1. Another user attempted to generate text: failed
  2. Attempted to generate text on a different file: failed
  3. The OCR feature right was granted to the repository group: failed
  4. Generated text in Laserfiche Windows Client: passed
  5. Generated text on electronic file: passed
  6. Document settings for OCR were on images: failed
  7. Import Agent Services was still running
  8. Generated text using Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer: failed

Is Web Access configured to use Distributed Computing Cluster for OCR? The Windows Client has its own local OCR engine, while the web client cannot OCR locally.

Can you provide details on how to check this so I can forward to our IT team.

It's on the web client's configuration page.

I've found this error and I've been meaning to submit a ticket to our VAR. I noticed it will generate text in the windows client but not the web client. Any steps on how to fix this?
