Just completed a form. As I was testing it I am receiving an error when I go to submit the form once it is filled out. It says

Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem.

An unexpected error has occurred. [LFF502-UnexpectedError]

I have not encountered this on previous forms we have created. A co-worker and I have been over the process diagram several times and cannot find anything that would be causing an issue. Has anyone else encountered this error before?

Do you have any field calculations on the form? What about JavaScript?

Could you upload a screenshot of the process and initial form?

I have 16 field rules and some javascript to make the phone number automatically go into a set format.

If you remove the JS, does the error still occur?
Also, you may want to turn Validation off for the form under the Settings cog and test as well to see if it makes a difference in the error.

You can also see more info about the error in the Monitor under the Task, or on the Forms Servers Event Viewer.

May help you narrow this down.
