Browser Compatibility

We have been using Laserfiche for quite some time now and lately, we are getting an error message "upload failed" whenever we tried to upload a pdf file. 

Upon further testing, we were able to find out that this only happens when we are using Internet Explorer as it works fine using Chrome.

Is there an issue with IE with Laserfiche and how to fix it.

There seems to be an issue with import into Laserfiche Cloud using Internet Explorer. We're looking into it. Thank you for reporting it. Bug reference ID 240366.

I am assuming that you are using the Web Client? If so, these are the supported browsers as of the current version 10.4.2:

The Laserfiche web client is supported on Internet Explorer 11 and later, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari for iOS.
