Email Approval Server with Office 365 email account

Hi All,

 

Does anyone know if it is possible to set up Email Approval Server with an Office 365 account? According to what I am finding online, the IMAP server is outlook.office365.com with port 993 for the connection. When trying this and testing the connection, forms gives the error below.

 

The test email failed because: Failed to connect to the email server outlook.office365.com:993. This issue can occur if the server does not support IMAP. [LFF2002-EmailApprovalServerConnection]

 

I'm using the exact same account for the Email Notification Server, and it is able to connect just fine, albeit with the smtp server for office 365 in that case. 

 

If anyone has any suggestions that I could try, I'd appreciate it. smiley

We are also having this problem and have confirmed that IMAP is enabled for our O365 tenant.
