I'm having issues getting this user access to create tags on their documents. He has scanning rights, metadata rights, he can create links and fill in metadata. He can edit documents and do everything that other users can do, however, there is no create tag or add tag when he clicks on the tag. He wants to create some new tags. Does anyone know what his issue could be?
