Insert Downloadable form into PDF in workflow

In Laserfiche forms there is an option in "On event completion" to download the pdf. Can this pdf be used in a workflow or does it not exist if the user does not download? I know I can get all the business process variables one by one, but I would like the entire PDF. I would like to use this with the move pages functionality in workflow if it is possible, otherwise I believe I need to use "Fill Out PDF Form"and create a PDF which I did not want to do if I could avoid it, but am willing if it is the only way.

Hi Trevor,

I'm not sure exactly what your end goal is, but if you use the Save to Repository step after the submission / User Task where they can download it, the content will be the same and you will be able to retrieve that from the repository in the workflow.

The download option will be generating these dynamically when the user initiates it, and it won't exist outside of that.
