I can't import WF file into LF coud environment?

Hi

 

I am new to LF could.  I am trying to import a WF session file into LF Cloud Process Automation that was exported from LF workflow on windows environment.     It giving me an error.   I am not sure if this can be done or what might be wrong here.    I appreciate your help.

Right, that would fall under Workflow 10.

Importing workflows created with Workflow 10 (or lower versions) into Laserfiche Cloud is not currently supported.

The version of the workflow that used export the file is: 10.4.2

Hi Maruna,

Has there been any update on this?  Do workflows that are exported from on-prem have to be redesigned in the cloud, or is there an import capability?  If not, is this on the roadmap?

No update yet. The feature is on the roadmap, but does not currently have a target date.

Hi @████████. Any word on this at all? An 'On Prem Workflow -> Cloud Workflow' conversion tool is a very important feature for many of our clients if there's going to be any chance of migrating them (a lot of them have numerous complex workflows).
