Changing default document view in WebLink 10

WebLink Version 10 How To

I am working with a client that wants to accomplish 2 things In Weblink:
1. For text files, default the view in Document Viewer to "View Text"
2. For text files, default the view in Document Viewer to 400%

I did not see anything in the default settings to change this. Does anyone know how to make these changes?
