This morning, I found two form processes that show in the list as cancelled, yet when I open them up to try to find out why, they show as Terminated. When I look at the details, there is also conflicting information. How can I find out what actually happened? This process has been up and running well for weeks and there are many active ones working now. If it was actually terminated, I needed to know! I just happened to decide to check these ones out! I also see that there were no other active processes cancel/terminated at that same time.

Question
Form process "cancelled" or "terminated", which was it?

If the process says Terminated in the Monitor, then chances are either at a Task Assignment, Routing Decision or Conditional branch there was a failure to continue as the logic couldn't account for the variable it was presented. You would need to see where it was at in the process, check the variables available and also check the Forms Event Viewer for that time to see what error was reported when the process terminated
Everything was right. It even assigned the task to the right person. And it didn't terminate right away (well, depending on what part you're looking at). And this person gets a lot of tasks from this process assigned to him.
Maybe it was just a little internet bump. We don't have very good internet in our very rural location here.
And the person that was the user assigning tasks is in an even worse remote location. Shouldn't have made a difference though. The submit worked and got through to the server in our office.
Unless it was manually terminated by someone in the Monitor
