Hi there, I'm relatively new to Laserfiche, so maybe I'm not doing this correctly, but I need help checking in a checkout out document from the repository in order to update a template. 

I'm the admin, and asked the user to check the document back in, but nothing changes. I tried logging into the Laserfiche Admin console to try and check it in there, but no documents appear under "checked out", so I don't know how I can check it in from my end. 

Any help would be great!
