Hello, i delete my application instance (10.3) from LFDS, and whanted to register it again on version (8.3 to 10.4) but i no longer see my repositories . How to recover my repository ? is it possible to rollback ?

Deleting an application instance from LFDS only invalidates the application license. So if the Laserfiche Server was not touched, then once you replace the license with an updated one, it will load the repositories again.
Download the updated license, put it in the install folder for the Laserfiche Server and restart the Laserfiche Server service.
