Regarding the issue of getting a 9569 error when trying to download images that have annotations as PDF files from the Laserfiche Cloud environment, a fix was deployed the evening of 2020-04-15. Please let us know if this issue is still occurring for you.

I believe it means there's a problem with the format of the word locations file. Are you trying to do something with annotations or word locations when you get this? You can try re-OCRing the document to resolve it.

Hello,

I also had a client come across this error yesterday and they'd never seen it occur before when doing this.

When trying to attach the first page of any given document (as of a few days ago) to an email with LF cloud through the desktop client, this error code pops up. However attempting to attach any other page in the doc, it works fine. Then when trying to download the document, the error also pops up. The doc appears fine in the document viewer, the first page is there and the images are readable, just can't download it.

This same result is happening with many of their documents as of a day or two ago.

All I am trying to do is print a page out of the document.  It downloads the page and then it seems to be stuck at that function.

Are the problematic documents OCRed? Can you try re-OCRing them?
