Hi,
We have a customer commented that, the Laserfiche connector appears to be using anywhere from 10%-30% CPU for staff when they login to a new session and stays using a high % of CPU.
Can you please take a look at the issue and let us know if we need to organise any downtime for reboots or service restarts? Otherwise, does "logout automatically" will help too?
