Workflow Starting Condition Limit to certain folders

Hello,

 

I would like to have a workflow only run if the entry changed is inside of certain folders. 

In this example, I have set the Entry : Path to four users folders. My issue is, when entries inside the "Test Mike" and "mki" folder are changed, the workflow also starts. I' not sure why the starting conditions are not being followed. Could the order of my conditions be wrong?

Hi Mike,

Because you have the overall rule as "if any are true" it will run regardless of those if, for example, you have a document with the Orders Email template anywhere in the repository.

You can fix this by changing the overall rule to "if all are true" and then make a subgroup with all the folders, which is then "if any". (Very similar to the group with the Order Status fields.)
