I have a new Laserfiche user that when she tries to open an excel document from the repository, it opens in read only mode. The user does not get the prompt to edit or view.
Steps I have taken to troubleshoot:
1) given another user the same rights/placed in same group to test. They are able to see the "Edit or View" options.
2) On the users computer- logged in as myself and I am prompted for "Edit or View"
3) Did a remote session with the user on a different device, she again is not prompted and it only opens in read only mode.
Any advice is appreciated.
