MFA Code

I have a Windows Client user that out of the blue is being asked when trying to log in to provide a MFA code.  My systems engineers have told me that they have not enabled MFA on any AD accounts.  I've checked the Laserfiche Administration Guide and I don't even have the settings in LDS user accounts it's referring to.

Yes that was what was causing the issue.  I'm working remotely and the image the user provided was so small that I missed that notification at the bottom of the log in screen.

Hi John,

Is there any chance the user is unintentionally trying to log into Laserfiche Cloud?
