How do I divide my form into pages?

I have a very long form and would like to divide it up into different pages with tabs across the top for navigation. How would I accomplish this?

In the form designer, we have a field type for pagination. Just drag a page break where you want the first page to stop and the next page to start. You can then control the pagination settings at the top to decide whether the pages appear as tabs or something else.
