Yes, you can do that.
You must make sure that you have been granted the "Aspire Approver" role.

After several attempts, i post my question to certification@laserfiche.com and they said that i must be a Laserfiche Solution Provider to get the "Aspire Approver" Role. That is not my case...
In there an other way to register someone else for an Online training with my Paypal account ?
Some of my employees do not have Paypal accounts and do not intend to have one.

I have the same issue but was told to sit tight for an undefined amount of time.

I'm afraid that this is the only way to purchase courses for your friend.
The only way around is either your friend get a paypal account or use alternative methods of payment.
