WebClient url for iframe in Forms when using SSO

Our customer has a Forms Process that initiates a Laserfiche Workflow to create the Web Client url for a folder created by the form submission and pass it back to the process. This url is embedded into an iframe which is displayed in the Form for the next participant.  It is working great in our test environment.  However, after configuring SSO for the customer, the iframe does not receive credentials from the user that is logged in.  What would be the correct url when using SSO for linking to a folder in the repository?

Have you tested that SSO is otherwise working? If the user is logged into Forms, go to a web client URL to that folder and see if it automatically logs you in. If so, that URL should auto-login for an iframe as well.

Hi Jared,

Yes, SSO is working.  If you are already logged into Forms and open another tab, pasted the Web Client url in - this logs the user correctly.  However, it is not opening in the iframe.

This sounds more like an iframe issue than an SSO issue. Chrome recently changed some behavior here, have you seen https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014094/additional-configuration-for-chrome-80 ?

Hi Brian,

I hadn't seen that article yet. Thanks for sharing it.  We ended up just using a link that opens in a new tab but I will keep this in mind if they decide to change back and for future uses.
