I have 1 specific user that is getting Excel crashes when he exits the program. Excel identifies excel2016savetolaserfiche addin as the culprit and asks if you want to disable. 

No matter what I try, I cannot get this application hang on exit to go away. I have reinstalled both Office 365 and Laserfiche on numerous occasions. I have cleared registry entries. I have altered entries. There is no obvious reason why this is happening and I've only ever seen it with this Laptop (I try my profile on laptop and same issue).

Running Laserfiche 10.2 client and Office 365. 

Any ideas?!
