We have Mobile installed and configured on a test DMZ server.  From a BlueStacks Android device, we can configure just the repository and log in and access documents.  When we add the Forms (bottom of the login page), when we log in, we only see forms, even though both where listed.  At the top is a back arrow that takes us back to the login screen and at the bottom, only the repository is listed again (the forms setting is not saved).

Any ideas on how to get Mobile configured so that they can access both Forms and the repository without having log out and in again?
