active directory form access

Hello,


I have a couple of users that are not seeing forms on their Start Process page. They are members of an Active Directory group. The Forms Access Rights has allowed this group access to the forms. All users have access (250 employees) except these users. Any ideas what might be happening or what I can do besides add them manually each time we add a process?

Can you try to compare their individual account details with another employee who has the correct access to see if there is any difference?

Hi! There are many that have the same access. Her account pulls through to give her a license, but I have to manually add her to each process that's created even though she is in the "Laserfiche" group.
