Did someone got Office 365 for bussines with Email approval Server working?

I got a client that with this particular configuration Forms never gets the answer, but in the same server with a home 365 account do work fine.

Looks like the imap server and port are the same. In two cases we use SSL security.

The Email Notification Server works fine with Home and Business.

Do you use same account for email notification server and email approval server? If so, there are two workarounds:

1. use "Sent Items" folder as the "Inbox folder" when configure Email Approval Server

2. use different accounts for email notification server and email approval server.

Hi Xian,

 

Everything was configured correctly. But with the business account it did not work.

 

A month later, without making any configuration changes, it started working.

@████████, are there any negative impacts to having the same account for email notification AND email approval server?

Hi Chris, we are no longer able to reproduce this issue when we checked it back in December 2020, we think this is an issue in Office 365 side and they fixed it already.
