Has anyone figured out how to save a form with pagination, but not have the page tab titles print? I am unable to figure out what element to select to prevent this in CSS. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This site lists the most common fields in Forms.

IF you just want to hide the text then you could use ".h1{display:none;}" however if it is the forms header, ie the name the description and the navigation information/pagination then use ".cf-formtitle{display:none;}"
