OCR settings not showing

My client's settings are not showing. We checked permissions and access rights but feel like we are missing something obvious:

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If you are looking for where to set Text generation, it is under the New Documents Tab

The web client uses DCC for OCR. Do you have that configured at the customer's site?
