I'm currently working on creating a Quick fields session that starts a workflow. I ran the session on several documents. All the conditions were met by the quick fields process to store the documents to the repository, but three of the documents returned:

Failed to start the workflow for the following document:  <Parcel ID> - <Parcel Owner>  - Assessments Correction

I checked the event viewer on the WF server, and saw no errors related to this. Is there a location to see more details about this somewhere?
