Customized styles.css not being recognized by WebLink

I've been working through customizing our WebLink 10.2 installation per the instructions presented at Empower a few weeks ago. I've got everything working the way I want except for the customizations done via CSS which we were instructed to do in the Styles.css file. I've made the additions to this file as instructed but none of them are working. I've attached an excerpt of the customizations that were added to the end of the Syles.css file.

Has anything changed in WebLink 10.2 that would prevent this from working?

Turns out this was a cache issue on the machine I was using to edit the css file. Once I cleared my cache the customizations worked correctly.
