Delay until tomorrow at 9:30am

I'd like to set the Delay task to wait until the next day at 9:30am to continue, no matter what day or time it is when the workflow begins.

Use a Date Token Calculator to establish your datetime value, then use that token in the Delay.

The example above adds 1 day to the "current" date, but sets an exact time.
