Discrepancy with Quick Fields Scanning

Client is having intermittent trouble with Quick Fields Scanning. When they scan in a batch of documents, one of the scanned documents will be missing from the document list – see the screenshot below.

 

The gray bar at the bottom shows that 26 pages were processed and 5 documents were created.

But the message log and document list show that only 20 pages were processed and 4 documents were created.

Document List Filtering is off.

There are other sessions that are not having this issue.

Do you have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Are there detailed log files anywhere that might be useful? Are there any session settings that might cause this behavior?

Without more information (e.g., your session file and sample documents), it's difficult to determine exactly how to fix your issue.  I recommend opening a case with Laserfiche Support so that we can get the additional needed information in a secure manner.
