Direct Approval error email

We have several email messages that are sent when errors occur in the Direct Approval process:

1. The action "Approved" provided in your email approval is invalid. Please reply to the email with one of the following actions: Approve, Reject.  Instance Name: <Process Detail Here>

2. The email approval (action approve) failed. Either the task has already been performed or you cannot perform approval actions.

I have received a request to add the <Process Detail> information in #1 to the failed email approval text in #2.

Where are these emails coming from?

How do we update the text in the email body?

The text in the email body is not customizable currently. We can enhance it by adding the Task Information with the process name, instance name and task name to these emails by default. I added an item to our todo list.

  • Instance:
