We have several email messages that are sent when errors occur in the Direct Approval process:
1. The action "Approved" provided in your email approval is invalid. Please reply to the email with one of the following actions: Approve, Reject. Instance Name: <Process Detail Here>
2. The email approval (action approve) failed. Either the task has already been performed or you cannot perform approval actions.
I have received a request to add the <Process Detail> information in #1 to the failed email approval text in #2.
Where are these emails coming from?
How do we update the text in the email body?
