We are using the feature "recurring notification" on formsconfig -> Email Templates -> Recurring Notification. It sends email notifications daily to the users that have pending tasks. Works great except we'd like to be able to configure which columns are displayed in both the individual and team tables. Currently, what we call the Daily Task Reports from Laserfiche Forms shows the following information for both the individual and team tables:
Business Process Name
Task
Due date
Priority
Date assigned
Hyperlink
Task
Due date
Priority
Date assigned
Hyperlink
We'd like both tables to display the following information:
Business Process Name
Task
Instance
Due date (would like to remove)
Priority (would like to remove)
Date assigned
Hyperlink
Task
Instance
Date assigned
Hyperlink
We could live with not removing the two fields above, but really need the Instance information. It provides our users the actual details of each process. Otherwise, users are required to click on the hyperlink for each file.
