At empower I was in a workflow best practice session and there was a discussion of having a workflow invoke at the beginning of any workflow that would set your environments tokens i.e. forms server, repository, weblink and webaccess url, ect. This way if you were moving a workflow from, Dev to QA to Production or just migrating workflow servers you would only have to update the "meta server token" workflow instead of all of the individual workflows being moved. Does anyone have an example of this, or remember which presentation it was from? I would like to test this out. Thanks

Hi Christopher,
I think the session you're referring to is IT Admin 302 - Designing an Implementation for Consistency and Scalability. There's a Best Practices in Laserfiche Applications - Workflow section starting on slide 35.
You can download the Empower 2020 PowerPoint presentations here.
Cheers,
Sam
