I would like to create a LF Cloud user account to integrate with local Quick Fields without an expiring password. Currently, all user accounts have a password policy that requires password changes. I need to create a LF Cloud account where the password does not expire.

(How) Can this be done?

I second this request as it is also needed for Cloud accounts that would like to use Import Agent.

Adding another request as I have customers using Import Agent and Quick Fields.

I also would like that type of account especially for import agent.

 

Can we exclude an account from the password rules?

We will likely not implement this request because passwords that never expire are not a good security practice. We will look at a way to make it easier to update passwords in Import Agent profiles and Quick Fields sessions.

There is currently no way to exempt cloud users from password policies.
