Since the 10.4.2 release, we have once again been able to use the phone features to notify us when we receive a Forms task.
If we setup a user on the named user tab there is no additional setup we have to do for the users to use this feature. They receive notifications when a forms task comes in.
If we setup a user on the participants tab, when logging in from the same device where we were just receiving notifications as a named user, without changing anything in the phone's settings. The notifications do not come through.
What do we need to do on the server side to allow new user accounts setup on the participants tab to use the notification feature?
